Nice job. I can't wait to get started on my car. Starting all over this year I hope.

I'll have to get pics up soon. It's finished...for some reason the brand of fleckstone I used sucked ass. It was almost $9/can too. For one it came out grey and didn't turn black until it dried then when it dried it had grey patches in it still...and it still does. I'm not happy at all. I've used fleckstone several times and it's always looked great but this time I don't know WTF happend. The guy that owns the car is still happy because I did a great job puttying the box and you can't see a seam or screw hole on the box anymore and he said nobody knew the box wasn't supposed to have those spots on it until he told them. I didn't get pics because my mom (who uses fleckstone a lot also) said the grey spots were where it hadn't fully dried yet and that was before I even mentioned it to her. She pulled up and looked at the box and just said "why did you put that in his car before it dried? Those grey spots are where the paint hasn't fully dried yet." This got my hopes up but that was saturday and I talked to him last night and he said they were still there. Anyone have any idea what's going on with it? I didn't take pics of it but I will soon.
It still sounds great and I've concluded that it does not get louder than my cavi with the CMPx2 and the BMF1000d. It's loud and low (much better low end in this box) but it isn't pain inducing like my cavi...I mean your head would hurt with a sweep or a cycle test.

preaty nice... tho i must ask... do you have those amps bolted down on the top? that would be my only concern with the bass trying to tetertought the other 2 screws outta the box
that flexstone is preaty cool stuff! BUT ya sure ya got the right can color? i know i bought afew cans before to finish my old shelf over the tv and tho 2 matched perfect.... the 3rd can wasnt right at all! it was suposed to be grey and yet it was like crap brown color...... i asume some j@ck@ss screwed with the caps and mixed em up! so now before i buy i test spray them inside the cap
only thing i didnt like is it rubs off kinda easy. which is why i never used it in my cars

The amps have boards under them that are cut exactly to fit each amp. The pics of the amps just sitting there were for measuring only. I know we got the right color because it all dried black but it had grey spots in it. I thought someone had switched cans because it didn't look grey when I did the inside of hte ports but it did outside.
