can tell you that you are gonna want to get rid of those "lead" connectors, I was running those, and you would not believe the voltage drop I was getting.

how about soldering them in?

not bad BUT i would definatly cover it with something!!!!!!
thats way to easy to be worken on the motor and put a wrench/screwdriver or ANYTHING metal from bar to bar and not only scare the crap outta you and thrownen sparks everywhere....... but could very well start a fire. [Frown]


not sure what to suggest BUT ya need something at least covering the positive terminals!!!!!

id say also move the ground to the top screw clamp spot, not the locking bolt [Wink]


but at least cover the positive posts with something...... PLEASE!

not bad job tho. just gotta tweek it alittlee [Wink]

Hmmm.. Spray some Wd-40, or something that won't react with plasti-dip, over the + connections, then use plasti-dip to make a covering. That'll look halfway decent, and be much safer. maybe.

shouldnt you be grounding the front with as many legs as you are pulling off? thought that made power bottleneck........rumor or fact???????

i would definitly run more grounds...also run one right from that buss bar over to the alt bracket.
