Hey 80...that 190 is actually PRETTY close to the TL, at MOST its 1-1.5 high from the TL, it all depends on the freq

they are the newest series motors but with the carbon fiber cones, i got them from steve cook.

before they were built it FELT like the kevlar/carbon fiber mix is stronger than just the kevlar

i hoped you would get a little louder then that.

is it ported into the car or into the trunk?

right now im at 148 at the kick with 2 12's ported with a 1500D. with all 4 12's and a XX-Colossus i hoped i could pull a 152 on the dash with a bandpass.

yeah i will get louder
thats only 1 12 working in my box right now
i have 2 find out why the other 12 is not on...i hope the bad amp that orion sent me didnt do anything to my sub......i really hope its just disconnected from inside the box
but my goal is to do mid 140's and higher..which is doable from the way this one 12 is pounding.......and i'm not even moving this sub to full xmax....my box is more efficient than i thought....and the low notes is ridiculous.....anything under 40hz..it will rip your head off..its like the lower the freq the louder it gets i love it.....my door speakers pick up the mids and highs and a tad of midbass..and the rear fill is the mids and highs with no midbass
i'll get a vid up in about a week or 2 so u guys can hear how it sounds

80
i should have the other 12 up and running by then

my box is tuned to 60hz
but the reason my lows are sounding the way they do becuz i have each 12 in slightly over 1cube sealed..and as far as loudness is concerned..my box is efficient..becauz i have a large ported chamber(1.93 cubes to be exact)....i tuned my box to 60hz..

Nice box, sound quality, but nice box.

nothing like the 4th orders I build, but mine are only for SPL and that's all, so Sealed chamber is only 1.25 cubes with the basket in the common chamber tuned to 60hz with a total of 6 cubes to work with.
