Hallo Oki, crazy plan. But quick quastion. CES is from 7th Jan to 10th Jan. Will you be going to CES before it opens? I will be there from 7th to 11th. We could get a burger if you get the time.

And WHAT a morning ! Got a call from Cactus a few minutes ago what let my adrenalin goes high...
Look at me, the master of desaster in planning the heck out of everything...
And not even able to see when CES starts and ends ! Thanks Christoph ! So far nobody, even I, recognized that I made an error regarding CES ! Now I have to reshedule almost EVERYTHING ! Flight is booked and so on... SHIAT ! Thanks Christoph again, I go to work now and let the brain rattle...

Hi Oki, np. Just wanted to give you the heads up, for I know what it is to make plans down to the last detail and then have find out that some way along the line you made a mistake and you can start all over again. So if you make it to change the dates let me know, so that we can meet up and have a burger.

I HAVE to change now ! Who was so stupid to set the CES from Monday to Thursday? Or was it at weekdays the last years also? In 2004 it was from Thursday to Sunday, and I just saw Jan. 7th and thought its the BEGINNING, NOT THE END ! HRRGHGRRMBLFFJXX::: I dont think I can change flight and rental, ok, I can, but that means $$$ ! So its easier to reshedule the trip. But CES is in the middle, I cannot go to Reno and SF and LA so short before and after
Ok, I ll get another cup of coffee and back to the desk...

Yes I know this yr I think thay changed it... Last time I was there I got a quastion paper to fill out and I remember that one quastion was if the CES was in the week if I would still go... It is realy sad to know that you did all the plans already, but did you not get the CES passes to see when it realy is?

My Sponsor ACR will get me my passes...somewhen...
So, I already cancelled the hotel and had to take a "shabby" one for 50 Dollars a night, bc my hotel was "suddenly" as double as expensive If I cannot cancel my flight, or shift it to LA, I may stay the first night, like planned, in the Wild Wild West Hotel in Vegas to check it out. (Somebody know that thing? No wireless Internet) If its ok for me, I take another 4 nights at this hotel during the CES. So I may miss the first day of the CES bc I am going to LA then on Friday to see hopefully my people there. XSSPL and SEPP. So I go to Geroges house ( he dont know yet haha) for 2 days, stay another 2 days in a hotel bc I think he will leave to CES on Sunday, and so I will go to LV from LA on Monday morning. Thats just 3 days then and I miss one day LA also. If I can change flight to LA, would be perfect, even if it will cost a little more. But then still I come to the CES on monday evening.
After the CES I have to go to Reno on Friday. Unfortunately Rusty will have something different to do on Saturday then But maybe we can meet together for sunday breakfast or so. So my meeting with Steve Meade will be shiftet towards Sunday morning or Saturday late evening. And my plans from Monday 14th will still be like planned before. Maybe I can have a short visit to the Golden Gate on Sunday when its still Daylight. But its a 100 Miles there, and 100 Miles back to Modesto Tour. If it doesnt work, I will not see SF this year, and miss San Jose and Palo Alto
Man, this is hardcore at its best right now. Will have some telephone calls to the US this evening...

After 3 (whoops, 5 !!!) hours planning I am close to the breakdown and made my travel agent nervous also hehehe. But I am almost completet the reshedule of my trip and will update my first posting soon. Unfortunately some changes in the dates and I will losse 1 or 2 days, but, my fault, have to deal with it now...

Thanks for address Mike. So I can visit you Saturday Feb.2nd. But I dont know what time. Is that oyur shop? Depends on if I will see Jay Lovelace at the Party in Fayetteville (I hope so) then I can go straight to you and arrive hopefully at 3pm. If I visit Jay before, I may arrive 6 pm at you. My Hotel in Alexandria is about 100 miles away and I should not arrive there later than 9pm. But I think we have a date
I still have to know from Terry if he wants to ride around with me the whole sunday feb. 3rd.

Yes, its my shop. We close around 6, but it wouldn't be an issue if your running a little late. You'll be going the opposite way that traffic will be heading towards DC that night, so you should be able to stay on schedule

If you have 10-15 minutes you might do a quick stop at Window Rock, AZ. Another get location to take pics. I would post some pics here but I don't know how.
