2002 it works on avalanches too. oh and you would have to get one probably from an earlier truck donald for that Ive seen a suburban about that year done that way before and it was in the front passenger headlight area

yeah, I've done it on a few 96-98 chevy 1500's and tahoes. never personally done one on a 2002. I have done it on a 2007 Tahoe. I put a Kinetik 1800 up front, along with the stock bat moved to the passenger firewall area.

I would swing by a junk yard, unless you like overpaying at the dealer. It is very easy to add a second battery to most of the 1500-3500 gm trucks.

Id go to the junkyard but there arnt many out where I live and the ones that are here dont have anything anyways. Ive been looking around online and havnt found much just some over priced internet site that had a tray and the wireing for like $500. Ill check the dealer I usualy hit up they arnt nearly as bad as Bobby Layman he usualy hooks me up with pretty good prices

Nick, I take back the easy part. I was investigating adding a 2nd batt under the hood of the Escalade and it will take a bit more work with the ac lines and the air box on the passenger side.

I was there and it was eh.

Turnout wasn't that great and it ended up costing me $50 to compete instead of $45 like it says on the flyer.

On top of that, we only got one run and if we wanted a 2nd it was an extra $10 per run. WTF.

And on top of that, we couldn't demo our stereos AT ALL.

Bottom line, that was the last time I'm going to casper.

That is why Db Drag is King, head to head competition and the brackets make it the premier format.

From what I have been reading it was petty bad with no burps or demos, and the overall anal attitude a stereo competition.
