Hey, someone might get a wrong idea. This was not the first competition in Finland, just first in this season and first with calibrator !! (we have this thing called winter, so our season usually starts little later than most others)
dB Drag Racing has been in Finland from '95 or '96, so we have had competitions for a long time. Nobody wouldn't believe the scores by thinking we just started out building cars
Anyway, it was a great event and damn good scores!
You can find out more from european car audio forum (www.soundpressure.com/bbs) and from Finnish dB Drag Racing pages at www.dbdragfinland.net (there is not much english, but some... and if you look for total results, just try to find a word "TULOKSET"...)

Hmm ok, I think people understood that I meant the first event of the year. At least it was the first time with calibrator. Real impressive scores for this early in the season. If it had been a 3X event maybe there would've been some world records. Nice pics Jani, that's something for the Americans to look at

Well Street class is a little bit behind compared to last year. That is naturally because of the top competitors had to move up from Street. Remember, Finland took all the three first places in Street 1-2 at last years Eurofinals. Our Street class level has been damn good, but it is very nice to see these "big guys" are getting loud too
(And no, no world records would of been made, just some great certified SPL's. The event should be a double-pointer)
