so i've become interested in Bass Race...but im still not sure on how it works. I know you play music for 30 seconds, and you get an average score...is there anything else to it????

there are different classes like 140-149.9. so if your in that class you can't go above 149.9 at all during your run or you'll be tossed in the dumpster!
Rules are pretty simple, you can run whatever you want, walls, extreme and compete in what ever class you want. If you can burp at 160 you can still run in the 120-129.9 class and see how well you can control the volume knob.

You can flame me for this but I think the rules should be the same as Db drag class wise but on music average through the whole run that way people have to tune there boxes a lil diffrently and I think that would be very exciting but I doubt there would be enough time at shows for it. Ok so let the flaming begin.

Same here. Im building for Bass Race. Music is where its at. But dont be discourage when there is someone with a lot more equipment than you in your class because if you know your system you can hand them their ass all day long.

remeber to focus on where you qualify at and what song and were at on the song you use, real important, also dont start to soon or you give the round away,

You will see very little flaming here... But, I will say that the Bass Race rules are very close to perfect, the way they are... IMHO...
