Everytime I attempt to test something breaks. The other day, the floor (where it meets the back wall) broke (squeaking). Lost a db there. The pressure is so very violent. Today or yesterday actually, was testing and the van started to iddle rough which caused the engine light to come on. It's back to normal now, didn't know what that was about though, lol.

depending on they of the van some times the alt cuts out and the eng light comes on when it stops charging might want to look into this.

I personally would put the subs facing forward and then make the loading wall 5-6 layers thick passengers side .
before you wreak it try the subs and port change the subs on that wall may not work with that app try moving them .

yeah you'll never get loud if you just keep tearing out and never try different things.
Theres a pressure spot in your box number 1...the space between the subs and the port baffle...i'd build something to fill that in or rebuild the sealed enclosures
I'd also mess with firing the subs back or foward (foward will be the loudest IMO)

Thanks Ron and Justin. The subs were placed in every possible position. Forwards, backwards angled. The position they are in actually was the loudest but I will try one more time before the teardown. TJ, all I've been doing is testing, I just didn't throw them in.
