Tuning should still be able to reach 32hz with full length ports. I needed as much port area as possible. With the six inch aeros, I will have 142sqin of port. With 763sqin of woofer I sould have more, but This will still work.

It is birch ply wood. So many screws because each layer of baffle held together with 1 5/8, then all 4 layers together with 3 inch. Then had to secure baffle to box, with some more 3 inch. Alot of screws hopefully = little flex.

I dont have my full power yet(3 crunch gpv3000 on 16volts), so I threw in a pair of sundown 1500's that I have and wow. I am guessing Im close to a 150-152 without all the power. This should be interesting once i throw all that power at it.
It plays Low notes very well. Many vibrations.

It does a 150.7 at 31Hz. It was making 40.3 amps at 53 volts. 2136watts. I might boost them up to 16V to get the little extra I need.

Any idea of the power gain by going to 16volts on those amps.

Something is wrong with the setup of the amps..... I put them up to 18v last night and still only made 2500 watts. This isnt right since my rise is only to 1.2 ohms. I have some more reasearch to do, but the only thing I can think of is my subsonic filter is a little to hight. I am tuned to 31 hz and if it up at all close it will clip the amps. I did blow all four fuses in the master last night during testing. Its not the power being supplied, as it dropped from 17.8 to 16.7 volts. Plenty of batt. I hope I figure this out before weekend or its going to be chaulked up as a loss in 149.9.
