Like try to get 155+ with a bandpass or ported rear deck?
Rich aka stratusrt01 was doing a 50 seat up and 52 iirc seat down in his stratus w/ a pair of 10's in a horn (musical, no burp box). I already told you what you should do Justin, who cares about gas milage Posts: 135 | From: New York, Upstate | Registered: Feb 2008

I can say in fact that i haven't ditched a vehicle for 'x' number of reasons, then turned around and bought the same one. And then repeated the process YET AGAIN!

I'm 95% sure I found a tahoe I like
Thinking of going Steve Meade style...Not taking anything away from him at all its a sick install and appears to be loud as balls. But there are a few things in his install that I see that could make it a few db louder and still be loud for daily driving.
So I'm thinking 4 18s, few amps...few batteries...160ish with 5 seats should be nice

Oh there is for SURE ways to get some more dbee's...i just dont have time. Ive had the same box in my Hoe since 2004 and id LOVE to find the time to do a re-do on at least the box. Tahoes are tough on numbers from the cargo area though since you have so many openings (hatches, doors, sometimes sunroofs) to lose pressure thru. Mines no '60 of course but im glad it knocks as hard as it does, its reliable, and i get plenty of enjoyment out of it on a daily basis. Maybe when im done with the caddy i can take some time for myself and make a few changes Moving my batteries under the truck would be a good start and would open up so many more options...

Justin, you kill me,,you worry about mileage then drop 10k inthe truck.Just keep a G and that will pay the gas difference for a year
we did a tahoe a few years ago with batts under the truck and 5-15s/5000 watts that would do 155s outlaw/153s at the head,,a 160 would be possible with the right amps/subs I think

i'm not going to use that many batteries, won't have that much power.
For SBN I'm just gonna use 4/5k.
My ass is broke...I got on some stuff I shouldn't have been on and spent about 12 grand in 3 months. Trying to recover from that.
So for SBN i'll probobly throw something in I have laying around, then afterwards I can start on making it loud for shows.
Until I change my mind again
