i got my invite to bassrace! :"I am pleased to inform you that you have qualified to compete in the Bass Race Finals at the 2005 dB Drag Racing World Finals, October 7-9, 2005 at the Cleveland IX center. There is a limit on the number of competitors eligible to compete in this event. We would consider it a great honor if you would accept this personal invitation to participate as a competitor in the Bass Race Finals.
The Bass Race Finals are quickly approaching. There are some important deadlines for you to consider.
Deadline for your name to appear in the dB Drag Racing World Finals and Bass Race program is Friday, September 16th. You must have your made your registration payment by this date to have your name appear in the program.
Deadline to register online is Friday, September 30th. Online non refundable registration payment is $75*. We accept all major credit cards. Payment also may be mailed by express courier (Fed Ex, DHL or UPS). On-site registration is $100 and is available the day of the show *.
Host hotel is conveniently located only minutes away from the convention center. Shuttle Bus has been made available to transport you too and from the hotel. There are a limited number of rooms available. Please reserve your room now.
You will be notified by email your qualifying date and time upon receipt of your on-line payment. Vehicle Logistics This includes the time schedule for those who choose not to take a pit stall, same day registration and or bringing their vehicle each day to the show.
Bass Race move in time for Friday is from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm Bass Race move out time for Friday is from 9:00 pm-10:00 pm
Bass Race move in time for Saturday is 10:00am - 11:00am Bass Race move out time for Saturday is from 9:00 pm - 10 :00 pm
Bass Race move in time for Sunday is from 10:00am – 11:00am ALL move out is on Sunday from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
* The Bass Race registration payment is for 1 vehicle and 1 pilot. The Bass Race registration payment does not include any co-pilot passes. Electricity is available for pit stalls and must be purchased separately through IX center on Friday October 7th before 2 p.m.
