I'd like to rebuild my amp rack using fiberglass in a flush mount look. I'm having trouble picturing how to frame the amps using the fabric method. Should I build the exact form needed (frame where the amps would be)and then cut out the interferring pieces or is there a more efficient way? I've seen pictures were installers have mounted the equipment, glassed, and cut out the openings. [Confused]

I've read many posts from many pages of this forum. I do have some experience with fiberglass work (tire well enclosure and kick panels). The posts have helped out a lot with my recollection since it's been about five years. [Embarrassed]
