Is there any way to stiffen and seal q forms besides fiberglass? Im kinda freaked out about using fiberglass, I don't think I have the patients to do it. Anyways if fiberglass is the only way, how much would I need, and where can I get enough...would pep boys sell it?

fiberglass is the only way that i know of, you wouldn't need much, you could buy a gallon at homedepo, or pep boyz or walmart may have it, then just buy a lil packet of cloth, and some paint brushes. an easy way to do it is make a peice of cardboard to cover the back then just glass over that

just make sure you use enough hardner, and you glass in a well vented area.
