I have two 12's angle btw 30 and 45 dgegrees in a fiber blass baffle. Problem is that there is a gap btw the speaker and a the basket. Gap is only at one point of speaker but I can fit my finger btw the enclosure an the woofer. Tell me how to plug it.

well sounds to me like your woofer is hitting on somthing inside the enclosure. However u can fix this by building the baffle up so it doesnt have a gap between it. If u cant build the baffle up then just put a ring around the woofer with a piece of 1/2 or 3/4s mdf or partical board. Then seal that up and mount the woofer. DK

build up the baffle, then use some weatherstripping for around the baffle where the sub goes. real thin weatherstripping w/ only one side sticky. you can also find some clear stuff to patch anything left, then mount the sub on the weatherstripping.
