what is a good way to bend 1/8 aluminium flat bar.
i have tried a torch, vise and hammer but it still cracks.

Yup it ussualy always cracks, I just tig weld it after and it holds pretty good.

ya just buy some 90degree angled aluminum. [Wink]
home depo has it....
then have 90degree and U channels. they both work greaty.
