I was looking through CSR at the bookstore this weekend and I saw that JL Audio is making amps now. Hrm, I'll have to check with my local shop to see just how beastial these monsters are.
Also, it was either JVC or JBL (damn letters get jumbled, sorry) had a new amp out (same spread as the JL amps). The guys they got to do their ads are none other than MegadetH!!! Oh, not that it's news, but quite HOT!! The new Jensen ad where the girl is wearing nothing but a seatbelt!!!! I had to check the cover of the magazine to make sure that I was still reading CSR and not something that would get me landed in Divorce Court .

I am the JL rep for Indiana and KY. I can tell you first-hand that when the amps come out they will kick some major bootay! Just be patient. The first wave of them will be out sometime in September. There is rumors of some monster mono-blocks coming out at CES next year.
