This post is purely from an objective point of view. I am not pointing fingers at specific members; this is just addressed to everyone here. The point of this is not to add to the problem but to hopefully wake some folks up. Here goes...

EVERYONE STFU!!!

All of this happened because of the first post that was locked. This is a privately-owned forum. It is owned by Wayne Harris. Like it or not you must abide by his rules. You have not seen him speak his mind here. What you have seen is his forum's moderators enforcing his rules.

Wayne, as I hear, is an extremely busy man with running the dBDRA. He does not have time to take care of each forum. This is why he has appointed moderators. He expresses what he wants to happen to them. It is their job to represent him and make sure his forum is kept in tip-top shape.

It has been said many times that we need to act mature here at the Termpro Audio Forum. It represents dBDRA, which is a business. This business relies on other businesses (car audio product manufacturers and car audio shops) for it to remain successful. I am very sure that those businesses do read this forum from time to time.

If you go to a store and all the people working there are acting like dumbasses, I am sure you will walk out and take your business elsewhere. Let's assume the same goes for these businesses. There are other SPL competition organizations for them to sponsor. Without them dBDRA is gone.

Regardless of what Krisa does she is acting in her opinion of what is best for this forum. If you do not like what she does contact Wayne Harris. She has posted his email address numerous times. Act like men (or ladies if there are any) and contact him privately instead of publicly making an ass of yourself for all to see.

Spamming to have fun is one thing. I am guilty of it at times. When done in a tasteful manner it is not that bad. Creating posts to instigate a forum moderator is just childish. Please do grow up.

Thank you for your time.

My point is that fifteen days ago I am sure you could care less as "to what is allowed in this forum, and what is not." If you cared so much before why did you wait until now to ask your question?

I personally have no opinion as far as what goes on in this forum. I could care less. HOWEVER, I strongly disagree with the way that the members have reacted to the situation. The people voicing their opinions have made some very good points that I agree with. I just feel that nine consecutive locked topics is rediculous.

I just ask that people stop addressing this issue here in the fourms.

And on a side note, not one of the people complaining was actually affected by the original issue. None of them have had any complaints and understand why thier post was closed.

Makes one wonder about motivation doesn't it?

Tempe, thanks for your comments, but this isn't N or A - so ... I'm moving it to OT.
