Krissa by anychance did you take wayne's definition to the extreme? Can you post waynes exact definition here on the forum. You seem to be a little power hungry with your mod status.
You know, in the past three years I've been moderating this forum, this is the ONLY time (outside the quad-box flame wars) that I've had to close post after post. Because people cannot
1) get the concept that local meetings of a car club aren't what this section is for (and note, NOBODY who that even relates to is having a problem with this, it's just you dittoing Scott's problems with authority in general, and a guy who's been banned several times because he takes pot-shots at everyone.)
and
2) stick to the topic of the section: Industry news, activities, and announcements.
INDUSTRY being the main and key word. Industry doesn't mean Jim Bob, Eli and Bubba discussing their non-dbDrag competing car club meeting in downtown Mudville. It means INDUSTRY.
It's not hard to misunderstand that definition - or so I thought.
How closing attacking threads, name-calling threads, and threads that have nothing to do with industry news or announcements - is being power-hungry or taking the definition "too far" is ludicrous.
