I just think requiring people to have external speakers is just silly. If you have them great! But requiring them.... I just dont get it

I dont see where it says you have to have external speakers it just says the mids and highs must be heard besides what says you cant hook up a pair of 6.5s too an amp and run wires to them out of your hatch just let the magnets on the speakers hold em to the car

Can I just run wires out of my car and set some 6.5 on the ground in a box for"external speakers"?

A little of subject, but I have heard that IASCA does not allow you to use anything but there CD. Will they also have available an Ipod with the required songs to borrow for say the Spring Break Nationals? I have an Ipod only player.
