Your only chance of getting any information regarding IASCA is to call them. They don't respond to just about any other method of communication.
The only other suggestion would be to email Moe Sabourin at MoeSab@IASCA.com . He is the only individual I've had any success in getting information from. He's a great guy and should be able to help you.
But, I don't think IASCA is like DB Drag. I think you need a membership before any points count. So in theory you need your membership prior to attaining your needed 35(?) points for finals.
