No. But if you are competing SQ, being a member and having an IASCA sticker on your vehicle will get you 5 extra points. Also, if you want to be invited to finals, you will need to be a member prior to competing.
If you are doing SPL and have no desire to go to finals, then you can just show up and compete.

They will. Or if you tell us whether you are competing in SQ or SPL, we can probably tell you what class to compete in.

stuff like that plus any other helpful info would be much appricated.
I believe this is an Extreme Autofest show. You might want to preregister for that event. It is also a car show, and they probably have a limited number of entries allowed. Contact IASCA and ask about that. It can never hurt to preregister.

Because you have 2 batcaps that knocks you out of stock division and into the advanced division. Assuming you don't have a wall you will be in Advanced NW class.

No. General admission would get you in the door if you were not competing.
If you want to compete Registration . The registration sheet for that event is not up yet though.
I'm competing in a Dallas event held by the same org, and it is $40. So not much different than the general admission cost. (I will state that if they are charging $35 to spectate, I don't expect a large crowd).

The Stock Class will limit 1 amplifier and 1 capacitor per subwoofer and no more than 1 additional battery to be utilized. The vehicle interior must remain stock. The enclosure must be in the OEM cargo area and cannot be taller than 25 inches. OEM approved seats must remain in the vehicle. Seats cannot be removed for SPL testing. Rear seats must remain in the vehicle and can be folded down (if applicable). Speaker upgrades can be made in front of the “B” Pillar only for sound quality purposes. Pickup truck cut-throughs are NOT allowed in this class. SUV’s and van enclosures must be no more than 25 inches tall, and the position of the cabinet fascia closest to the windshield must be half the distance from the “B” Pillar to the absolute OEM interior back of the vehicle.
Those are the stock class rules. You can go to http://www.iasca.com to see about the cone area break down, but I feel confident, if you meet the above rules you are in Stock 2.
You have to get in to the building in order to compete, so yes the competitors fee will get you admission.

Andy, you forgot that all seats must be in the vehicle. Even if the rear seats are removable, they must be in the vehicle to remain in stock class.

I thought the link he had would be wrong. Who in their right mind would pay $35 to spectate at a show? There better be a stripper for every spectator at that price.
Should be nice and quite at the Dallas show with those kind of fees for the locals just to watch.

Yeah, no wonder we can't get spectators out. HIN this weekend here - $25 for a 6 hour show. I'm trying to wrangle press passes. I tell you the tuner guys - it's a racket.
