The IASCA is finally getting there act together by hiring Tony Bowers to be incharge of memberships. He has taken care of all my membership problems and I am starting to have good faith in the IASCA again.

After Tony took care of my problems it took 4 days to get my new membership in the mail. Not bad since I had been waiting over 3 months before they put Tony on the membership staff. The IASCA is now located on the East Coast and hopefully 2001 will be a good year for the rebuilding of the IASCA's customer service. Hopefully everyone will get their prize money just as quick as I got my new membership this year
