nice to see u finally working on the astro followed u on the other build u did and will on this one too i'm also in SS 3-4 at world finals this year i ended up doing a 159.2 with 4 15" Mojo's and 2 Mojo Max amps tuned to 43Hz not to bad for being my first year doing this hoping to come back this year alot louder then last year. i did learn alot this year and know now what i need to do to make it louder remeber some of the smallest things u can do will add up big in the end

You guys KNOW I'm trying to rep the best I know how. Audio A. Gave me some good advice, that I should have listened to before, maybe I'll get my head on straight,get **** together and build this dam van right!

just a quick update. the weather was nice today so I figured I do some cuttin! now just for this little bump in the build. gonna be a bitch to play with. Once I get over this hump, the floor will be perfect.

well, I got over the hump! so to speak. before after. I must say, cutting / grinding around gas lines is not something I enjoy , but I'm glad its done! got the first layer for the floor down. question, how do you astro users secure your floor.. usually? Bond,screw, bolt or weld? Being that I don't have jack strong enough to lift her, I don't know what are the safe areas are to drill.

I would bolt it down personally. Either through the bottom of the box now while its easily accessible or once it has a back to it, put a L tab on the back at the bottom secured to the box and the floor that way. I secured the top with a brace tied to the box at the rear corner of it to the roof mounted seat belt tabs that hang down near the side window glass.
