Are these subs any good I am thinking about getting three of the 12's just for a daily driver.I plan on putting the RMS watts to each of the subs.

are them the new 10k rms subs? if so i "heard"at ces they put 10k on it and blew it cause the dude was like behind the display or whatever and was reconning it ..

MA wanted us to start carrying their stuff and they dropped off 2 of their 12s, we put them in a box that was designed for HCCAs (2.25 cubes each ported) tuned to about 32 hz, with an hcca 250r on each, now this setup did 152s with the HCCAs and it did a 142 with the Synergys, I dont care if they werent broken in or not, you're not going to gain 10 db, you could smell the voice coils burning after about 10 seconds, and they sounded like damnit. We plugged them into the wall and gave them back to the rep.

I highly doubt those synergys can take 3000 watts rms, and they sound like damnit, and there is a whole world of drivers that are 450 that are better than them.
