I have a punch 500 2 12 inch jbl gt's and 2 12 inch jbl powers in a large 4 chamber box behind my seats in my truck. I hit 137.6 at circuit city with the two gt's and a sansui home 12 inch woofer in a really bad box. Does anyone have an idea of what my spl is going to hit now? It sounds a lot louder now. Oh yeah I've also dynomatted the roof to get it to stop rattling. Will a cap help also?

You need to pick a pair of woofers. Just use either the Powers or the Gt series (preferrably the powers) and sell or put the other two in another vehicle. You will run into problems in output by running two different types of woofers. The modeling characteristics and response of the woofers could actually cause your SPL to decrease. Your amp power and sound quality would be much better with 4 woofers exactly the same in exactly the same boxes. If you wish to compete, I would suggest either sticking with just two, or selling two and getting two more to match. Crutchfield was having a big sale on JBL woofers. With 4 like-kind woofers, and the 500.2 @ 1 ohm mono you should hit high 140's, low 150's. With your current setup, I would guess low 140's. You should get more than 137 out of the 500.2 and 2 jbl 12's, imo. By the way, port the box if you haven't.

Wire all of them in parallel. All the '-' together and all of the '+' together. Use that for competitions. For regular daily use, you might try a series-parallel (seee jl tutorial for more at jlaudio.com) combination to make that amp more happy. If you lights are dimming and/or your voltage gauge goes way down when the bass hits, a cap might help. Another battery is almost as cheap as a cap, and it can help a lot.
