There are several types of meters used. The ones that Wayne uses are Termpro, but some other ones that I have seen are Audiocontrol and Linear X. They should all theoretically read the same, but that is not always the case.

The only ones I have ever seen used in a DB Drag show are Term Pro. Now the only ones I have ever seen used at a USAC show are Audiocontrol...I have not been to a I.ASCA show to remember and same with I.DBL

We compete mostly in Missouri and Kansas and most of the Missouri show use Termpro and many of the Kansas shows use Audiocontrol. It just depends on who is running the show.
