I am saddened to announce that we have lost a very dedicated competitor due to cancer. To those that had the blessing of knowing or even talking with him know how dedicated to the sport of SPL he was. Many of you know Benny has been competing in NSPL for a long period of time, but what alot of you didnt know was how hard it was for him. He was on a fixed disability income but he was still determined to compete even if he couldnt win. But Benny did win due to his devotion and tons of work and lots of heart. He had the gift of humor and gab that could make anyone laugh no matter what kind of day you were having. Benny Lynn passed on Wednesday and was burried yesterday. Unfortunately due to the social security death benefits being such a small amount Bennies wife is left with some very expensive funeral and other bills. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Anyone wishing to donate can send money directly to her. I will give her add. at the bottom of the post. Benny was and always will be remembered as one of the NSPL family. And as a family we need to help show our support and help out. She will be looking at this post so you can also pay respects and tributes here as well. Benny is now above us watching out over all his his fellow spl family. God bless you Benny, we miss you! sorry to hear this sad news.benny was and always will be part of nspl and team supreme.here we sometimes called him the drive by bass bandit.we didn't see him for months then up comes Benny in the lanes to once again claim a world record and world championship.the reason he would be gone so long was because he was sick and didn't want everybody to know just how sick.he would say he was sick but,notto much detail. to the lynn family you are in my prayers.GOD never made a misstake.to BENNY LYNN may you be bassin up yonder,in heaven.you will be missed. jeff
