Ok I have aquired a older s-10 truck that I am working on for SS1-2NW. This poor truck has went threw a engine fire that moved under the dash and has had the dash weathered to total crap. I want to do the following to make it as new as possible. Will any of these mods move me out of SS1-2NW? I am wanting to do these mods so I can also compete in some various car shows.
A:recover dash in black or gray vinyl? with close to OEM equivalent pad and vinyl as possible?
B:playstation in glovebox area
C:monitor in dash
D: custom gauges
E: Elimination or conversion to billet AC and heating vents.
F: Elimination of defroster vents.

These should not be an issue as long as you don't use concrete to mount anything.
None of these should increase your SPL.

Except elimination of ALL vents, some could have a problem with that, although I am quite sure it has been done before (at least in a way that it can't be seen).
In my opinion also, those listed should not be a problem. But perhaps you should leave some vents also for your comfort and safety... like doesn't it ever rain over there and your windshield could get "foggy", then you need to have some air blowing it clear on the inside, right ?!
