IN SS1-2 NW does the vehicle have to have?

a)working headlights?
b)working tailights?
c)seatbelts?

No to the working part. and as far as seat belts go they need to pbe in because part of them are mounted above the window line.

Im going to stick my neck out and say no they dont need seat belts.

The cars dont have to have seats so why should they have to have seat belts?
