I remember going to a Metro show and was relying on being able to bail jump. This was a week before being "podum ready" and my Deck wasn't remote ready so I was screwed because they wouldn't let me bail jump, so what my only option was, was to sit inside the car WITHOUT hearing protection! DANG! THAT WAS NOT FUN! Couldn't hear very well after that!

Is this a legal procedure or not?

Doesn't matter now, I have a very good remote and a podium cord, so it doesn't matter but thought I'd ask for clarification.

The rules are very specific regarding sitting inside the vehicle during competition. You can only do it IF you are wearing adequate hearing protection AND if your system doesn't play louder than 140 dB.

Practice Safe Sound!
