Yes, the windows have to roll up. as for the harness issue, i would try to get a judge to get a judge to give you verification here.

Not sure on the actual rule, but I was told by a judge, that the battery had to be under the hood, and they were pretty much light on specifics, except the battery must be under the hood......

I was just referring to the battery under the hood, but yes, you can have the other battery in Street C, pretty much anywhere, just as long as no other rule is broken, I believe.

Actuallly I was mostly concerned with street C.
All I know is a powermaster D3100 was in a CRX and it only fit because the headlight harness was not plugged in. It was in the stock location.
Just can't really get a solid answer if it's legal. Hey I guess if judges at a 4x let it go then it's legit eh? Had to have seen it since they measured every battery at finals....

I don't see why the harness thing is even an issue. I think a missing high beam is alot safer then some guys cutting the tranny mount to fit a big battery.

What about a judge letting a competitor rerun after crying because he didnt get his "5 minutes to recharge" between bassrace ties. Its always been 3 seconds. I think there are other things that need to be looked at with certain judges
