I am in the SuperStreet/Semimod 1-2 woofer class. I know the class said you can have a single upgraded alt but no more then one. My question is this. If when a person runs through the lanes and the car isnt on can they still only have 1 alt? Since the 2 alts will not benifit them in the run?

Yes. If the vehicle is not running, you can have more than 1 alternator in a Super Street vehicle.
