What would an extra battery do for my system?
I have 2-12" and 3-10" JL's with a Rockford 800a2 and I was wondering what I could do to get more SPL...
Would it help to get another battery and if so what exactly would it do for me???

Secondary batteries are for key off, parking lot listening ONLY! As your driving down the street, they will not do SQUAT for you. Once your engine has started, and the alternator has turned on, batteries become a load on the system, just like all the other systems in your car, the lights, the windshield wipers, the STEREO, etc... If your looking for key off parking lot jamming, fine, get a battery and a relay to isolate it from the car battery, or if your doing dBdrag get a couple, but if your just bumpin' around town, forget it. Your money is better spent on high output alternators (NOT). Sorry

Before my last comp i yanked the battery out of my car trailer and put it in mt car. I have no idea what it did for the SPL cause the mi was all over the place, but i do know that while driving, my voltage drop decreased a lot. my lights didn't dim nearly as bad as they did before.

You need Shockers.
You want just bass?
You need anything else.
