I finally got my OG installed in my 04 Yukon today! Its a 200 amp alt.
The birth sheet says

OUTPUT CURRENT TABLE
1600 alternator RPM ... 12 amps
1800 alternator RPM ... 46 amps
2000 alternator RPM ... 75 amps
2500 alternator RPM ... 135 amps
3000 alternator RPM ... 176 amps
4000 alternator RPM ... 211 amps
5000 alternator RPM ... 225 amps
6000 alternator RPM ... 232 amps

Now I just need to get a Powermaster D2400 under the hood, and 2-3 d3100's in the back. I have 2 Hifonics Brutus BXI2006's, and 2 Fi BTL 18's in my room waiting to be installed
once i get them batteries! I cant wait!!!!

I was saying upgrade the...
Alt+ to Bat+ wire(looks like you did it in 4ga)I suggest adding a 1/0 wire as well
Then from the alternator mounting bracket to chassis ground, and to bat(-) if you want
Also upgrade bat(-) to ground

X2, You definitely need to get the Big 3 done when your installing everything.

I've already done the -bat to chassis, but ive never upgraded the alt mounting bracket to the chasis before, run a wire from that big bolt by the arrow to the chasis?

As long as it's being run from the block to the chassis your good. All these wires should be run with 0 Ga wire, and don't forget the run the wire from the (+) terminal on the alt to the battery (+), don't replace it, just add on to it.
