so I have a kinetik 2400 thats not holding a charge, my powermaster charger wont even stay on, and my other cheap charger works, but voltage drops as soon as its tuned off. I let it sit through the day and its under 10v

So what should I do with it? junkyard? recycle place?

make a sandwich. drill a hole in the battery. have smex with it. then enjoy afore mentioned sandwich

you could take it to the autoparts store for a core charge on a new battery

It's worth about 10 bux to have it recyled. Dont throw it in the junkyard.

He has a Powermaster (XS Power) charger... it's likely going into error mode because it is connected to a bad battery [Wink]

yep, turns on then off, yep with the powermaster charger, a volt meter on with the charger shows 14.xx volts, then like nothing.
