Ok I have some questions. First off here is my setup. I have two ZPA0.5 and a ZX450 and will be using 2 deapcycles for the sound system plus a batt just for the car. The problem is how to power these things. I talked to a guy at stinger and he told us that it would be better to run two stock alts because of the car being a daily driver. Now the question is should we put both alts to the car and audio system or leave the cars system alone and add the second alt just for the sound system? The other problem is how would the batts of the sound system be wired? Do we but both batts together as one big one or would it be better to Isolate the 2 deapcycles. I have two phoenix gold 130amp Isolators (got a deal) so now I can hook this stuff up just about however I want.

if the batteries for the sound system are the same parrell them for one big bat bank.
isolate these from the cars bat. and use both alternators for the entire vehicle.
this way using both alternators with the isolator will allow for greater amperage availability and even quicker battery recovery time versus only using one alternator for the sound system and the other for the cars electrical system.
this will NOT work if you run your sound system at a different voltage than the cars system.
