with some proper gain control and adjustments would this be a good amplifier to use... I mean not too much power... I just want this to sound AMAZING SQ wise with about 3,000+ watts in sub power I need some louder mids and tweets...

I've run the FNQs with gigantic power before...you can go bigger if you want.
200w rms per side is what I like to feed those speakers...I have on several occasions used over 300w rms with absolutely no ill effects.
If you want bags of headroom (which is recommended) I'd go with two 800.4s, each one bridged for 500w per side.
the speakers will never see that much power, and its likely the amps will be on minimum gain on any decent preout over 2v but the headroom is worth it.
Until I get my DD6.5s the FNQs are the most powerful component set I have ever used.
Mids are great, albeit a little dated now, but all is remedied with the release of the new metal coned neomag FNQs...let's just hope they will handle the same power as the older ones.
Tweets can be bright at volume though....even more reason to opt for headroom...alum dome tweets show up the clipped music pretty bad.
