Ininity will make you smile all day long and then some, especially at that price!!!
Do they come with a cross-over? If not, pick yourself up a pair of bass-blockers, Crutchfield has them available too....$10/pair I think. They are not great, but they should keep the mud outof those tweets.
Most decks can put out about 10 - 15 quality watts at around 1% THD, prolly a lot less now a days....was up there back in 92 - 95. That should be enough power to make them work pretty well. However, putting a small amp on them will make you MUCH happier!!! There are a plethora of GREAT amp choices out there, Crutchfield has a nice selection. You could probaly do nicely with a 25 - 50 x 2 amp.
I've run tweeters offof head-decks before. I was not blown away, but it worked until I could afford an amp. My BII had all 4 Kappa co-axials running off of the Kenwood CD player. It wasn't LOUD, but it was proud.

I agree with Ber, you should be just fine off deck power. Tweets dont need anywhere near the same amount of power that a mid or sub needs, and make sure to use some type of protection!

If you are running the tweets off an amp, make certain than you have variable gain control or they may overpower the rest of your front stage. You can also either buy or design an l-pad to reduce this presence. Simply put, the tweets will be by far the most efficient link in your soundstage -- you may want to adjust for this efficiency.
or not...
Infinity makes nice silk dome tweeters. You should be very happy. I would reccomend even trying a 25x2 at 4 amp for them (if you aren't controlling gains or reducing the signal with an l-pad)
just my experience... as you were... smoke em' if y'got em'...

you can also use the fr & rr fader to control the volume on your tweeter (by hooking them up to the front speaker wires), providing your HU has only 1 set of preouts ,
