anyone try the pioneer mids ?? the components look really nics.. kinda pricy... how about the coaxial 61/2's...pioneer ts-d702p????

the d-series is actually a pretty good set of speakers for the price. But are you seriously saying $219 is a lot of money for a component set? Those are my go-to speakers when a customer wants cheap components. I'm not rich by any means, but those are a very economical component set...and do sound quite good for the money. There's my opinion for ya. hope it helps [Cool]
