I was running out of time with my latest install and didn't completely seal up the front doors with my 6.5" MBQuart Qs. There are slight gaps around the mounting. I actually can't tell any difference compared to my more careful installs! Do you think it is worth "fixing" the gaps when I have a chance? How would I detect any cancellation? (I already did the 13band auto EQ on my Premier, so it could be compensating).

replying to myself, yeah:

foam top-hat style baffles are a joke and make the install sound worse. I could clearly hear a wooshing sound as the foam flexed in a previous install.
