I think it's too much just get a good comp. set and put some tweets in the a-pillars and cross them over at about 12Khz and that'll give you plenty of highs

i think that's to much also . id put a amp on your door speaker's , that'a all mine needed was 75 x 4 to give my speaker's that extra punch . any head unit does not produce good raw power .

Why are you running 4" mids if you want output? I would either get a nice 6.5" component system and put big power on it or if you really want output go with horns and either 8 or 10 inch midbasses.

a G-body Cutlass dosen't have any door speakers? and what kind of components should I run? what do you look for when choosing a component set?this is what I was thinking of doing getting a 4 channel amp let my headunit run the full range and 2 channels of the amp for highs, and 2 channels for mids

what if I install two 6-1/2" speakers in each door, one coax(or biaxil) and one component would that do?
And another question I was looking at a lot of sound systems lately, why do people use component speakers for rear fill instead of 6x9 or 5x7 coax?
In my car should I use a 5x7 coax 5x7 mid or just a regular 5" component?

you dont need 2 coaxials in each door....more in not better 95% of the time. if you want alot of speakers, then get 6 1/2 components up front in doors, and also put some like 6 1/2 inch midbass speakers. then dynamat the hell out of the door. if you want rear speakers(which i dont recommend), then just get some 6x9s or something and run them of the hu. i promise you dont need like 50 million speakers to be happy........

mono amps are made for subwoofers.....they cant play any frequencies high enough to suit components. they are strictly for subs.......20-250 hz range. look at the monitor amps on ampmanaudio.com. for the components, look into cdt audio, or mb quart. they both get hella loud. they can keep up with your 15's.....

I really don't think a single 6.5 component system could keep up with 3 15s. I have a pair of 9515s with 4800 watts on them and a single 6.5 component system with 360 per side, and it doesn't keep up. Go with horns and 8s, and power. Just get some good 8s that are made for midrange, and play them from 70 Hz up to the horns.
