I suppose that's possible, but I doubt it. I agree that it was a superior amp for the price, but as of right now, I will never buy another low quality amp just because it's cheap. If you 1200d owners are smart you will sell the amp now to someone else and go get a better brand name. Then cross your fingers that that design isn't flawed as well.

You don't know what you are talking about not all brands are perfect bottom line. You just happened to get one that crapped out,or you done something to it to crap it out

Wow I feel like my amps are doing great for what I paid for them now. One of my amps I paid about 900 for brand new and it keeps truckin on and on.

Lets see if someone can guess how old the amps are. [Big Grin]

Sorry for the absense since last post. I had a question about replacing the caps on the board without causing damage, my Lanzar opti 50 C is 9 years old and benched 1478 watts at .5ohm mono, it's been three years since I've had a problem with the amp, and after 9 years it has proved to be my favorite. Any help or suggestion about getting it fixed would be appreciated. The Earthquake d3, I have given up on since Earthquake told me over the phone it would cost me 500 to replace it, since they don't repair amps with blown caps. [Frown]

the lanzar 1200D has the SAME BOARD as the lanzar 1800D and they pryamid 2400D. I dont know about those other amps. But I know for sure about those amps I mentioned above. They all will do 1200rms at 1 ohm.
