I'd do the 1501d's.

I have a 81000d and its awesome. Will run at 17 volts and take low impedences.

The 1501d's are suppose to have a few internal upgrades.

ANYONE WANT TO HELP ME OUT HERE. JUST WONDERING WHAT WILL GIVE ME BETTER NUMBERS, BE MORE EFFICIENT, AND IS MORE RELIABLE. I THINK THE CROSSFIRE DRAWS LESS CURRENT THOUGH.

For all I know there is only 2 strappable amps stronger than the MTXs both significantly more $. Do the MTXs man.........SCRAP the yellow tops. Sell them and go get yourself some 8 volts. The amp will almost double power output on 17 volts. I run the MTX 1501s. Best bang for your buck if you ask me. If you do run the 17 volts be careFOLD with the DDs. Ha ha get it???

1501D's

more current draw over the Crossfire piece because they make 6-700 more power

the 1501D's are suppose to make 300 more watts than the 81000D's, so when you have mulitply amps, that lil bit of power adds up

but as Alan said, watch those 9515's with that much power especially if you run 16+ volts

The 9515's will be fine, just don't run them in a 2 cube box. I have put a whole crapload of power on a 9515 (4 DEI 2400D) and they don't even flinch.

1000d is a strong amp compared to others rated the same but it wont hold up to what the mtx 1501 can do

" RAW DOGG KING HAS STRUCK AGAIN."
You know who this is! I know you big ballin' now, so you might as well wait for the new Crossfire VR4000's to come out! But, I think the MTX 15001d's would probably be best. Onlinecarstereo.com is selling them for pretty cheap. I'm about to buy 1 this week for when I go on vacation in Feb. Plus, MTX's internal caps are double the size of RF's. Good thing about Crossfire though, is, they're more efficient then the other amps. You already know how my lil 500D's used to do my 15's! Imagine that times 3 for 1 amp! Holla
