I have four D2's and I am looking wondering who do I have to send them of to get modded. What the moddifications consist of and what power gains should I expect. I live in Texas so the closer the better.

go to finals or go to an event where EQ techs are there and they will update and mod them. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT call EQ and ask them if they mod amps, they will either hang up on you or be very nasty. They will tell you that they don;t mod amps, and that there is no such thing as modded EQ amps.
