Are the US Amps 1000DE Strappable? They are rated at 1 ohm and if I could Strap two it would put out 2000 at 2 ohms, right?

The DE1000 is not strappable.

you can get close to 2000 watts peak, rms is about 1400 watts. that is at 14.2 volts input,

I do all my testing on a static load under tight control standards. A reactive load may give you higher numbers if the impeadance drops below 1 Ohm mono.
