ratings wise...i'd say its a similar board to the vibe 1200D...that's just a guess though as I've yet to see the rack style amp boards...though I'm ordering 2 D3000M's for myself soon.

1200 and 2000 have very different boards. Try search function, I think that there was already some pictures of that amp.

I think that there isn't BIG difference in sound in this class amps. Difference can be bigger in amps for front systems.

Sorry, don't know how to post my own topic. [Confused] I just bought a Lanzar D2000M and I am going to power a 4 ohm dvc sub. I have the woofer connected to the terminal at a 2 ohm load. What kind of power can I expect RMS, does it split in half to each coil (800 rms, 400 to each coil) I've seen some people say they rate them at 14.4V and others say they regulated, and did I spend my money wisely, $180. Thanks
