I am looking to run 2 Rockford 1500bd's linked together at a 2 ohm load. The voltage will be more than adequate and it will be strictly for 3 second burps. Looking for anyone with any experience with linking 2 of these amps together and what kind of impedence they are happy at for burps.

They will easily handle a 2ohm bridged load. I've had my pair strapped on a 2ohm load for over six months and never had a problem and that's with just an extra Optima in back, before I installed a HO alt. They bumped everyday and would do 153's on the dash everytime with my old set-up.
Go 2ohm, you won't be sorry.
