anyone know if the linear power 3.2 can run at 1 ohm, or .66 even? what about with a fan or 2?

No these amps will not run at 1 ohm. If they do it will not be for long. They are geared for 2ohm stereo or 4 ohm mono.

Please do not needlessly destroy a Linear!

No need to run low impedances with those amps, they can do the big power at high impedances.
