THe eclipse amplifiers are made in the same factory as nakamichi. They are well reviewed (in the past), have decent distortion performance, suitable slew rates, and a solid reputation.
THey are not particularly efficient, but their built in crossovers are some of the best in the bizness.
The eclipse titaniums.. Awesome subs, should you have extra thousands of watts lying around. Like most huge excursion drivers, they are simply too inefficient. But, other than that (which is a problem for most drivers) they are very nice.. Just hope you don't have to carry them off the truck.

I use 2 Eclipse amps and love them(even though 1 is currently out of commission and being sent in for repair). They put out nice power, have nice crossovers, and it always helps when you can get them on clearance :O)
