The Harrison 4800.1 and the Hurricane 5000 D are the same
these are both the most powerful amps in car audio you can buy .

Lanzar 2000.1D 2KW at 1ohm or you can bridge 2 x of them together to give a rated 4kw into a 2 ohm load (P.S my 1000.1D's give way more power than rated)

most powerfull avil. to the public "TRUE" power output class D amp

the OZ AUDIO DELTA 2400 amp

This puppy has 5 power supplies and does its power at 4 ohm all 2400 RMS watts.(wonder what it does at 2 ohm)

only draw backs are expensive and getting your hands on one. But hands down best power supply thus best power output for a single channel class D.

depends what you mean good price. RRP is like well over $1000 but you could get em online for around $1500.

but i would say zap 9 or usamps 4000x, hlabs4800.1 not out yet.

Hifonics Colossus XI looks good, 3000w nice.

but two DEIs/Xfires are always another option.

I have no experiance of any of the "other" amps, so its wrong for me to give Judgement.

But I do own 4 Zapco 9.0XD. Oh yes, these kick. I run my system for shows FULL BLAST for several hours, and they only get slightly warm. These realy are strong.

lol because it's not a class D or because it's an audiobahn
I know for a fact the bahn's put out more power than the D2 at 1 ohm
but the D2 puts out more into 1/2 ohm if you don't blow it first

Then please explain to me why at every dBDrag I've attended this season, about 75% of the cars there are using D2's, and winning their classes.

If the Audiobahn's can produce more power, why isnt anybody using them? Doesnt make much sense if you ask me.

Actually, I've seen a few of those big Audiobahn class D's in action. But I've never seen anyone in the top 3 using them.

But hey, these are just my observations, and I am in no way, shape, or form bashing Audiobahn's products.

2 people in the top 10 are using them
and why are people using them
you should know, it's the best bang for the buck, but the problem is to get 2400 -2600 watts out of them you have to push them so hard that there on the edge of blowing
and one other reason people are using them is because AT has a crap full of drag records and AT recommends D2's
the amp you have make very little difference in your score i.e. 1500 watt amp vs. a 2000 watt amp that only a 1 - 1.5 db difference
it's mostly in the sub and the box

sorry for rambling

at 1 ohm yes the 2300 Bahn does, I had a .8 db gain with the 2300 at 1 ohm
at 1/2 ohm I had a .2 db gain with the D2
and I think the only reason the D2 pulled ahead is because with the 2300 my voltage drop to 12.1 with 2 batteries ( one in front one in back) and the D2 I had 13.3

And Fixxxer what ohm are you running you system at
I'll let you try my 1800D if your going to be at a DB Drag in MI in two weeks
and i will let you be the judge the 1800 D is about par with the D2 at 1 ohm
